Real Estate Management
As a property manager our portfolio entails maintaining and managing business and private facilities of different residence, rental rates by surveying local rental rates: calculating overhead cost, depreciation, taxes and profit goals. Our discipline is focused upon the efficient delivery of support services for organisation that we serve. As facility manager we cover two main areas, Space and Infrastructure (such as planning, design, workplace, construction, lease, occupancy maintenance and furniture).
Airport and Immigration Services
Our airport services involve a meet and greet on arrival at the airport and also escorting clients through security. We connect drivers with travellers, which is a prescheduled ride on arrival at the airport to client’s destination. Carmel and Butcher also offers immigration services like landing visa and work permit.
